Personalization - For
personalization to be merged into the same location as other artwork, add
$30.00(v) for data-file setup plus 15¢(v) running charge each. For
additional location personalization add $50.00(v) location and data file
setup plus 15¢(v) running charge each. Submit list of names in any
commonly used data format (DBF, Word, Excel, tab delimited, comma
delimited, text file or simply enter names in the message of an email).
